Audit trail does not Capture Old Value, instead capture new value, that we can see in the Form

The Audit trail does not capture old value, that I think we need it so user know what was the value was there.

Right now it records the new value that we can see in the form it self.

I think able to record old value is good one. Or may be record old and new value is better.
