I would like to share some feedback and suggestions regarding the 3D model navigation experience in the iModels category on the Infrastructure cloud.

Currently, our team is facing several challenges that significantly affect usability and productivity:

• Model loading times are very long, especially for large or complex models.

• Navigation feels slow and unresponsive, making it difficult to move smoothly through the model.

• Navigating within the model is not intuitive, and many team members struggle to understand or use the available navigation tools efficiently.

• It is not possible to select a single element in the model and easily locate or highlight it in the tree view, which makes element identification and coordination difficult.

• The lack of clear and intuitive navigation options creates a steep learning curve for new and existing users.

• The model viewer does not display grid lines, which makes spatial orientation and alignment more challenging.

Due to these limitations, multiple users on our team experience frustration when working with iModels, and tasks such as reviewing, coordinating, and isolating elements take much longer than expected.

We believe that improvements in the following areas would greatly enhance the user experience:

• Faster model loading and improved performance

• Smoother and more responsive navigation

• Better synchronization between model selection and tree view

• More intuitive navigation controls

• Optional grid line display for better spatial reference
