Problem to solve: When using AssignedUsers list we predefine few standard roles (i.e ADMIN) to ensure visibility of the forms. However the users then can remove any of those assigned roles or people on transition.
User needs: We need to disable the users from deleting roles automatically assigned in transition to ensure visibility. This can be achieved by providing an option in teh Forms Manager to toggle "Append" only method for that Assigned user control in that specific place in the form, or have the toggle in the Status management of the form. The latter will provide even more flexibility
