Currently, when assigning a name to a form in Synchro Control, only the user’s name is visible. This makes it difficult to identify the person’s role or the organization/department they belong to, which is critical for collaboration and accountability in large projects.
Why is it useful?
Displaying the user’s role and organization alongside their name will improve clarity, speed up decision-making, and reduce errors when assigning responsibilities.
How should it work?
When selecting a user in a form, the dropdown or display should include the user’s name, role, and organization (e.g., John Smith – Project Manager – Contractor). This information could be pulled from the user profile settings in Synchro Control.
