When viewing a project set as Project not BUILD, users currently have access to a "Deliverables" tab. To enhance data security and streamline user experience, it would be beneficial if this tab were only visible to users with specific permissions.

We propose implementing role-based access control so that only authorized team members—such as project managers or designated stakeholders—can view and interact with the Deliverables tab. This would help ensure sensitive project information is only accessible to those who need it, reducing clutter for other users and improving overall usability.
