Have separate buttons on a Form to Approve - Reject or Void

The current workflow only has 1 button with a dropdown to see the other options - it would be more intuitive if we could separate these into individual buttons and color code them - Green for Approve - Red For Reject or Black for Void. I added some reference photos of what the current workflow looks like and how I would like it to look
