Currently, accessing and sharing forms in Synchro Control involves multiple unnecessary steps that impact productivity:

Current Process:

1. Click on form ID → Wait for sidebar to load

2. Click to open in new tab → Wait for form to load

3. To share: Must complete steps 1 & 2 just to copy the form URL

Issues:

• Double loading times

• Multiple clicks required

• Inefficient workflow for basic tasks

• Time-consuming process for simple link sharing

Proposed Enhancement:

1. Enable direct form opening in new tab when clicking form ID

2. Add quick copy link option

Benefits:

• Eliminate redundant steps

• Reduce waiting times

• Streamline link sharing process

• Improve overall user efficiency

• Better user experience for collaborative work

This improvement would significantly reduce time spent on basic form management tasks.
