Right now when there is a change to the approved forms, via the import method, where a new form is created and imported into the existing environment and is set as the active form instead, the old forms cannot be viewed in the mobile app, but only the web version. We need to view the old forms from the phone as references. Also, if you are curious as to why we do not edit the active form directly instead, this is because we have many project environments and we will need to manually change each one if we were to edit active forms. If you are curious as to why we do not use global forms for this, this is because different environments will require different fields/logics in the same form, hence we have to use the import method, where we keep a form in one environment, and if there are any changes, we amend this form directly and import it to the other environments when done. Minor changes will be made to the forms in the different environments after.
Thank you for this idea. This idea was released as a feature in a recent release.
