A link should exist between PDF being imported under PDF Setting and any Work Package we create ( Forms for example....... or a dedicate environment to create and manage work package)

An imported pdf can be associate to multiple work package.

As such we would need a field to search Work Package to be associate with PDF Sheets from plant Set
