As a Bentley developer I want to be able to send a PDF file and its associated Brava markup files to PDFTron (Apryse) via a Web Services API call for those markup files to be burnt into the PDF file.

Expectation is that a PDF document is generated and available via an endpoint returned by the original conversion API call.

(In the future I would want to be able to send other files to PDFTron that are supported by Brava for their conversion and burn in.)

This will facilitate the download of a drawing and its markups as a PDF into a third-party system.
