expectations are the logical inheritance of Forms behaviour e.g.

If the "Is Private property is set to "True" then only Creator and the assigned users can see the form.

consequentially if the form is then exported to the PW folder only the Creator and the assigned users should be able to see the forms.

Currently if a form is exported through workflow (transition->advanced->export to Projectwise), all forms are visible to anyone irrespective of the privacy setting in the Form definition.
