Work area by Alignment should not give 0 as start location station

Work Area by Alignment always starts at zero The tool always gives the start location station as 0, irrespective of the actual alignment property. Schedule/Work Areas are based on station points, so we have to manually do tons of calculations to select the correct points of slicing.

Work Area Tool Start Location should have option to use project stationing

Right now the tool always starts at zero, however, this may not be the desired project stationing. Eg. Start Station property is 499+99.1 in the following Alignment - It would be ideal to give users the choice.
