Hi Darius (and others),

Hopefully one of you can help.

User Katerra has a project K3WV_BF.

Two issues:

1. I have iPad Pro and I am having issues with Download Model in Synchro Field. I keep getting an error “Error in loading schedule”. But, apparently, the user and Ryan are able to download model successfully.

2. Both user and I have gone through the steps here to assign personnel to tasks for status update from Synchro Field. But none of us can see the assigned tasks.

I have added Darius and Jacqueline to the projects. Email thread below may provide you some more insight – I do find it odd that this project has 69k resources.
