Within the PDF Plan sets text search

I would like a "google" like search of all the text to locate street names and lot numbers across the PDF set. I would like to search for the matching sheets and when in the sheet see the matching text strings

Task admin showing status "unknown"

After completing the first tasks (T01) of a checksheet in our production environment. The status of the checksheets shows "unknown" in task admin, making it impossible to see if it has been processed correctly
