The European Union has its own laws related to data protection. At time of writing Synchro Control does not provide any data center where European Law aplied to.
Currently, when user export all the form contents in excel, it doesn't export the images as well. As such, users need to still need to open the forms one by one to get the images uploaded in the form.

Currently the workflow requires a download from the source (PW or project documents) and an upload to plan set. That leaves up to 3 copies of the same file.
if a Control has a binding, when it's copied/pasted, can we add an option where the bindings are not copied/pasted as well? meaning the pasted Control does not have a binding.

When creating a project using the ITwin API that project is not visible in SYNCHRO Control. Project creation through the Projects API was a request they made when the Projects API was being migrated into the iTwin API and never responded too.
