Send notifications on other dates (bindings other than due date)
A form can have multiple related dates, for example, a list of actions with different due dates. This way, we will have several dates that are triggers for sending a notification.
Hide or Rename a Marked up PDF file with a .xfdf extension.
It would be helpful if SYNCHRO could Hide or Rename a Marked up PDF file to show it is marked up so that confusion is not created. Right now the file just get a new Extension of a .xfdf.
Add the schedule visualization to users with Guest role

Custom layout shown even if the workflow is closed
It will be more efficient if the custom printout or design form layout is shown even if the workflow is closed. This prevents the people from downloading/exporting the form just to see the information inside.
