Ability to make Photo a required option in Survey Control

Photo option is hidden behind the menu, which makes it harder to find. We should have a easy to access icon for photo, which can then be made required as well.

Any user field attributes from 4D Pro or Modeler are not visible in Control

Synchro Control model do not show any user field attributes added from 4D Pro or from Modeler. These attributes must be visible.

Customize the notification content for form transition

We would like to customize the email sent when a task is assigned to a roll/individual. The email shows the assigned ID but we would like to add additional informational information to identify what its referencing.

The current embedded solution requires authentication to view the report and makes it restricted to the creator's organization. External users cannot access this.

Please enable forms assigned for approval in transition to be visible in My Home area. Currently the only notification to an approver is the email that usually gets lost in the noise.

Provide functionality for the system to be able to send notification to requestor/Assigned person once Approval in transition is achieved. Currently there is no facility to notify users that a form has been approved in transition.
