Able to support Grid Control component

Field can open the Form with Grid Control

When we modify Form definition, Field App need to Clear Chace

Field App can show the new form definition automatically without clear chace. Because user will not know if there is any modification.

Creating issue ignores and does not save hidden elements

Issue exists in both SYNCHRO Control and Field, need to unify both at the same time. PM to coordinate
