Allow user to fill out form then take multiple pictures that automatically attach to form

After filling out a form in the field allow the option to take multiple photos and all those automatically attach to the form that is being worked on.

Show documents and forms on maps

It would be useful to be able to use the map to determine where documents and forms such as issues are located. There should be a toggle to show/hide based on categories.

comments and photos should be limited based on inappropriate comment

MSFT has a content moderation AI module to id inappropriate content should this be added to the Forms service to prevent user abusing the system
