Delete Bids in Progress that were not submitted

Since the bid is closed, I don't need to see that it's still a bid in progress. Maybe there could be a way to archive those so that they're not completely deleted.

Publish "non-verified" bid results immediately after (within 1 hour) the bid opening

Currently, you take 24 or more hours to publish the bid results because you insist on verifying all the bids. Could you publish what was read, with a statement that said results are not yet verified?
